Hi, I saw the video on the XPR website, and it looks like they use the Webots simulator. Is that simulator available for us to use? Any code repos where we can download this simulator? I know there are the STL files, and we can request CAD files. How would we request CAD files and import into Webots simulator if the tools are not available?
I already have a simulator made-- VRS: Robot Arena

@jweiland1 very cool - I am looking for source code that I can customize. I am teaching a course and would like students to build their own robots and import them into a virtual environment like the one you created. Then, I want them to program in “python” to control the bots. Do you recommend any place to start?
I would say that getting the CAD for the game is the easy part. I believe it’s somewhere online. I actually have an in fusion 360. The challenge is getting the programming interface to work. I’d be happy to give you the code to our project- My volunteer team was not motivated- Didn’t see the benefit of getting python to work for our project- As we are Focused on ftc. see also Import blockly/python files from PC?
I sent you the cad file for MM.
My team would be able to get new robots into MM- for a donation?
I actually don’t know how this works- Getting a robot into the game-
I have to hire a contractor to do this.
