XRPCode extensions - addressable LEDs, I2C OLED displays, sound,

Some of the students in my high school robotics class last week were very interested in adding hardware to their XRPs. The students with Python experience use Blockly to code their projects, converted to Python and added support for OLED displays, buzzers, etc.

The students who were new to programming were motivated to learn Python so they could do what the other students had done.

I didn’t expect this outcome, but I’m impressed that the students figured this out!

I am currently also working on a similar set of updates to the site in the form of downloadable extensions on this branch of XRPCode, and my plans seem to exactly fit your needs! I’ve had to put the project on a bit of a break due to schoolwork, but I’ll start working on it soon.
