We are currently experiencing connection and interface issues with the XRP platform following updates made to both our laptops and the XRP devices earlier today.
While using the staging platform via USB, we are able to successfully pair the robots. However, the coding interface is not functioning as expected. Specifically, the blocks required to create code are not visible, and neither the activated nor the inactivated code sections appear in the workspace. Instead, we are seeing an error message that reads: “Error rendering component.”
We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. We are working within a very limited timeframe, with only one week and two days remaining before our end-of-year presentations, and it is critical that students are able to continue their preparation.
